The old-world charm of the interiors adds a homey vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. The double room offers a spacious layout with a mountain view that can be quite refreshing, making it a cozy spot to rest.
Upon arrival, the check-in experience involved navigating through a bustling pub, which wasn't exactly ideal after a day of events. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt and hair found in the room, and the lack of available staff to address this promptly was frustrating. Street parking availability wasn’t well communicated, leaving me searching for a spot upon arrival. the promised breakfast voucher was absent, leading to a lack of communication regarding follow-up on my request, which can be a bit disheartening.

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor throughout the hotel, which truly created a cozy atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and well cared for during my visit, which was a great perk for someone like me looking to unwind. I would appreciate a better breakfast option, as the offerings were a bit limited for my taste.

Perfect spot for a family getaway
The room was huge and filled with little details that made it feel like home with tons of games for the kids and two bathrooms which was a lifesaver and also a selection of a million teas which kept my heart racing all night
It wasn’t exactly affordable but I guess you pay for quality

I had a lovely stay with a comfy room and a nice surprise with a Greggs voucher for breakfast. The live music and cozy lounge option added a perfect touch to unwind. A note , the room could've used a touch-up as it seemed a bit tired around the edges. 😊

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, featuring a massive 6ft comfy bed and a modern bathroom with a rain forest shower. The staff were notably friendly and helpful, ensuring that every need was met promptly. there were some issues, such as having to adjust the duvet for comfort and a less-than-ideal atmosphere during breakfast service. a pleasant experience marred by a few minor inconveniences.

Spacious, freshly renovated room with a breathtaking mountain view, perfect for morning coffee. The atmosphere in the pub below was vibrant, making it a social hub, and I enjoyed the international dishes on offer. the noise level during live music nights might not suit everyone, and the pub's late closing can disrupt an early night. The absence of breakfast options was slightly disappointing, although the £5 Greggs voucher was a thoughtful touch.

Stylish spot for solo trips!
Super cute place! Loved the bar area and my room was nicely done and clean. A comfy bed with loads of power points to work on my laptop. Staff were really friendly too. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, but it worked well enough for emails. Had dinner at the bar, which was a nice touch!
